Delivery Charges

We offer 3 delivery options when ordering online or in-store:

• Shop collection

  • Order online and let us know a convenient time to collect during our shop opening hours and we will have the item ready for you and assist with loading in to your vehicle
     

• Courier Delivery 

  • Orders under £30 will have a delivery charge of £3.99.

  • Orders from £30 - £100 will have a delivery charge of £8.95.

  • Orders from £100 - £400 will have a delivery charge of £25.

  • Orders from £400 - £750 will have a delivery charge of £40.

  • Orders over £750 will receive free delivery within the UK.
     

• Big Chair Company Delivery Service

  • Orders over £250 free local delivery (Horncastle and the surrounding villages)

  • Orders over £500 FREE delivery in Lincolnshire

  • Orders under £500 incur a £25 delivery charge
     

We will endeavour to deliver all online orders within 7 - 10 working days. Collection available after 2 working days, sometimes immediately.
